Next in the People of Talbit series where we introduce our team members, is Pradip, who recently joined our team as s Software Developer.

Who are you and what do you do at Talbit?

I am a software developer at Talbit. I am responsible for creating and implementing the UI/UX of the application. I make sure that Talbit is user friendly and intuitive.

Why did you join Talbit?

I think that the personal development process that is implemented by companies is not clear or agile. It is hard to manage and does not synchronize company objectives and personal development plans. I believe Talbit provides a promising solution for all those problems.

What are your hobbies or interests?

I like to watch and play Football.

Can you tell a fun fact about yourself?

I love anime.

And that's Pradip! We hope you learned a bit more about him. We hope to be back soon again with more people introductions when our team grows.
